Why CBGM exists
Outdated approaches in global capital markets have led to funding gaps, reduced liquidity and greater market fragmentation, hindering efficient cross-border capital mobilization globally.
Our approach
We are changing this by providing the tools that stakeholders need to borrow and invest capital. CBGM is launching a digital marketplace: a multi-asset platform with transparent Dutch auction pricing that improves market liquidity, expands investment opportunities and modernizes cross-border connectivity between investors and issuers.
CBGM is not a broker-dealer, investment adviser, arranger, or licensed market operator. It works through regulated local partners in each market.

He has advised major U.S. governmental entities, including the State of California and the City and County of Los Angeles, on debt structuring and capital markets financing. He holds graduate degrees from the University of Washington and the University of Southern California and maintains FINRA Series 7, 52, 63, and 79 licenses.

Senior Advisor, UK CBGM
Arjan is an investment banker with over 25 years' experience in structuring capital market transactions across all continents, gained at Moody's, Barclays and BNP Paribas. He has a particular expertise in housing and mortgage financing eco systems through arranging securitisation and covered bond platforms in new jurisdictions. Arjan founded and was the CEO of the first dual regulated covered bond bank in the UK, introducing long term fixed rate mortgages.
Farhaan Mir

Farhaan has 35 years' experience in corporate finance leading businesses as a principal and advising clients across the U.S and Europe. He initially developed and exited a technology services business in JV with the U.S Army Corps of Engineers, a financial sector advisory business focused on financial innovation, and currently leads the first sequential UK issuer of ultra long dated indexed bonds.
